Information we collect

When you work with us as a crew member we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, the positions you work, and the information needed to pay you for a job. When you contact us as a client we collect your name, company, email address and phone number. Our website may collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

We use crew information to schedule work, send call times and job details, confirm daily timesheets, submit timecards to production payroll, and follow up on payment. We use client information to respond to inquiries and deliver our services.

SMS text messages

Crew members who give Flying Monster, LLC their mobile number and agree to receive texts will get operational text messages from Flying Monster, LLC: timesheet confirmations and reminders, job schedules, timecard submission notices, and payment check-ins. Message frequency varies with your work schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is used only to send the messages described here.

Sharing

We share crew information only as needed to do the work: with the production or payroll company you worked for (name, hours, rates, timecard), and with the service providers that run our scheduling, email and text messaging systems. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop texting you, at any time by emailing info@flying-monster.com or replying STOP to any text.
